RAW Hair is human hair that is in its natural state and sourced from a human donor. There has not been chemical changes, color changes or any processing done to the hair. All of the cuticles on RAW hair are intact. Raw Hair comes in 3 basic textures: Straight, Wavy, & Curly. Keep in mind with raw hair, no one bundle is going to look identical to another. We recommend you read our full hair care section to get a better understanding of your investment.
Cuticle aligned hair is hair that has not been altered chemically. All cuticles remain intact which allows the hair to maintain its strength and luster.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from original purchase date within the United States, and 7-14 business days for international delivery. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Orders are sent out via USPS/UPS and Signature Confirmation is required when receiving the package. If you miss the USPS/UPS delivery attempt, your local post office will hold he package for you to pick up.

FOR A FULL HEAD, WE RECOMMEND USING 3 BUNDLES FOR LENGTHS BETWEEN 16-24" INCHES. AND 4 BUNDLES FOR LENGTHS 26" INCHES AND LONGER.
Yes, your new RAW hair can be styled like your own hair. You can use a flatiron or curling iron tool to straighten, curl, etc. Keep in mind the hair does not have all the nutrients that a strand growing from your scalp will. Heat damage can cause breakage and dryness. Therefore, it is imperative that you use a heat-protecting product, always co-wash your hair.
