Shipping Policy

We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected and destination. Serenity Beauty Collection  is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues once the package has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email.
